Is it really free?
Yes. There is no purchase, rental or service fee. We cover the machine, delivery, stock and maintenance — you provide the floor space and a standard power socket.
How much space and power does a machine need?
About 1m of wall width, 90cm depth and a standard 230V socket nearby. We confirm everything during the site visit.
Who handles restocking and repairs?
We do. Machines are monitored and restocked on a regular route across Lisbon, and faults are attended to within one business day.
Can we choose the products?
Product selection is managed by Vending Nila. We curate a balanced, fast-moving mix based on what works best in similar Lisbon spaces, and we refresh it regularly using sales data.
Is there a contract?
Yes. We use a simple service agreement that covers placement, revenue share, maintenance and removal terms. We'll share it before installation so everything is clear.
When do installations start?
First machines go in from January 2027. We're currently securing locations, so requests made now reserve a spot in the first installation round across Lisbon.
